Play them and you’ll complain a lot less about class balance. I promise. Quit eating things with a lot of sodium chloride in it, and quit playing arena. If you’re bad, or have bad luck, just stay away from it until the next expansion. Just pick people off 1v1 in battlegrounds and post screenshots of them on here to humiliate them instead. It’s more fun than looking for a group of random losers in LFG which has a total of like 9 people with fake XP.

I haven’t enjoyed random battlegrounds in a long, long time.
I played Warlock, Rogue, mage, and Priest, in tbc-wotlk. At the end of wotlk all of my characters had 40,000-60,000 HK’s, each.
all of those characters are still in the 40-60k range for HK’s. I noticed this a while ago like “wow I really haven’t been doing BG’s like I used to.”
When did BG’s stop being fun, and why?
I think it was cataclysm with the completely insane bot wave. I can remember full WSG’s with 9/10 on my team being honorbuddy, and 9/10 on the alliance team being honorbuddy. Like the early version. You could legit (and I did) sit there and watch them spawn from the gy, take the same guided path through the bg, rinse and repeat.
it got to the point where me and the other actual player on alliance just made a camp fire and watched the bots fight in middle.
By the time the bots died out class balance was already in the gutter and bg’s haven’t really had any attraction to me.
I love BGs. Wish i could find a legit team for rated BGs but im too lazy to really invest too much time searching.
I guess at the end of the day titles and rating dont really mean much though. As long as i stomp alliance and do double the damage of every1 else im pretty happy.

I enjoyed BGs and pretty much spammed them if I wasn’t doing arena until WoD because 1vX had become significantly more difficult.
I kind of enjoy them playing my Priest depending on how many DK/DH are on the other team.
WoD 1vX was really weird. It was either as you said significantly more difficult, or so mind numbingly easy that it didn’t feel rewarding in the slightest.

wish more people q’d them at 120, but I get faster qs on my 100 or 110 alts
Random BG’s and skirms are nothing but Mexico/South American players in pre-mades and the side you’re on is always with randoms except some husband/wife duo from Moonguard that queued together therefore putting your group in the “pre-made” queue.

I kind of agree with this, but you could 2shot random idiots in WoD and bgs still weren’t fun.
Well world pvp is pretty dead where I come from. I’ve never lost or died in world pvp since this characters creation either. People at 120 with good gear 2 v 1 on me still somehow manage to lose while grinding their necklace. So I have to join BGs because of that, and the fact that finding a good arena teammate this season is like trying to find a michael jordan rookie card in those old 1980’s fleer packs, hoping to turn 250 dollars into 5k. The LFG system is absolutely pathetic.
Definitely WoD. I still que them a lot but they for sure aren’t as fun as before for some reason.
