I have heard others comment that the talent “Rampant Growth”, and even Budding Leaves and a few other Lifebloom talents are not working properly in Mythic+ content for Dragonflight. It is not just one account, one addon, one instance. Its over multiple variabilities however, the one common denominator is that once the M+ timer begins, the talents are deactivated.
Is this supposed to happen? Is @Blizzard attempting to remedy the situation? The talents work in PVP, mythic0, heroics, and the general world PVE.
Has anyone noticed a fix to this? Resto druid was really fun and allowed you to do decent DMG during instances thanks to these talents, without them Resto seems to severely drop in viability for keys…
I honestly haven’t noticed an absence of lifebloom functionality or otherwise. Are they forgetting to hit the “Apply changes” button when playing around with talents? This is quite literally the only time I’ve heard of this issue.
Guys, the problem is not for everyone, in the sense that maybe only some specific characters are having this issue.
Most of druids don’t have this problem, which is annoying because there is no quickly answer from blizzard. Anyway, whenever possible I will try to upload some evidence to show the problem. Maybe it’s something that we are bypassing, but that doesn’t seems to be the case.
My experience with this issue consist in that the talent is working in any scenario different from mythic plus. Whenever my druid regrowth a target, the HOT is being applied to the lifebloom guys also. But this is not happening in m+ for some reason. This means that in high keys, lifebloom targets are not as easy to heal as it can be, which is the idea of the talent itself.
Might not be a game breaking problem, but definitely annoying, specially for m+ environment.

I’m having the same issue with Rampant Growth in M+ dungeons.
I relogged and tested on the next M+ dungeon I went into and it applied before the timer to start the dungeon but wouldn’t work after the timer had started.
Have you had any useful replies on this issue? I have the same issue and it hurts in higher level M+ dungeons when your GCD is being chewed up by regrowth casts.
