Rampant bots

Kind of insane you guys are really just going to ignore the thousands of hunter bots just randomly running around auto attacking everything in the game with Chinese pet names grey vendor gear, zero runes. If you want your company to be successful go back to your roots, Moderate the amazing world you guys created like you had in the past. Another D4 inc, Biggest population drop off in modern gaming history.

Yeah they won’t do crap, In classic 19 I reported an afker in AV for over a month. He eventually got GM and no ban.

They want to capitalize off of nostalgia and do as little work as possible. They are already successful because stupid people will pay them and put up with it.

Stop the buyers, the bots are a symptom. They’re filling a market that players are creating.

The lack of in game GMs is the reason this continues to happen across all WoW games. They rely on an automated ban system that one doesn’t catch real trouble makers and two bans based on large scale reporting. It’s sad 2004 in game GMs were the best. Bring them back for Season of Discovery!

But … but … it’s so much easier to rotate sock puppets and make the same thread over and over and complain.

Banning buyers could help but it would need to be a harsh punishment, and I don’t have faith that they’d risk losing a sub

3 strikes.
First strike:
Lose bought gold + temp ban(1-3 days)
Second strike:
Lose all gold and all items on every character associated with that account and all linked accounts+longer ban(1 week to a month)
Third strike:
Account permanently closed.

I think they should use this same system for lvl 5 gold beggars.

They aren’t successful. They haven’t had a consistent player base in any game since WOTLK. Hence the privacy with sub counts. But continue to drink the Koolaid. Truth is their games have become less captivating with every new release and the hype involved around said releases are getting smaller and smaller. D4, SoD ect. Creating something that captivates people momentarily is successful? Ok.

You don’t understand how to define success.

Yes they are a really bad company, but they are making money. Therefore they will continue to treat their players like garbage because it’s profitable

Most of the people keeping them in business love eating poop

Success cannot be defined as just a $ figure as it is equivocal to each individual. Successful in the gaming industry shouldn’t be a $ figure. It should be the ability to retain your player base. You know, like the old games they made? Prior to hiding their subscription numbers which peaked in WOTLK btw. which means it was more $uccessful than too. (

No it’s a company and if it wasn’t profitable it wouldn’t exist.

Successful = profitable. Nothing more

The old talented game devs are gone.

The “how do I keep them grinding reputation and buying tokens” people are in charge

They are making money because most of their customers put up with it🙂

Non profitable companies don’t exist? Every automotive company except Tesla and Ford have been bankrupt. You see success like a poor person sees it.

Do you know what a shareholder meeting is?

You sound so uneducated I don’t even know where to start…

Just keep spending money on blizzards games bro

Wym SoD is over already, See u next fresh

I’m just blocking you. You clearly have no understanding of this topic

Because I won’t engage in your foolery? You are delusional and think they shouldn’t prioritize good games over money. It’s obvious and evident there is rampant bots everywhere and you come in here stating stupid people put up with it. Like cool man. We actually have no choice. We can’t do anything but deal with it or stop playing. But do you know who CAN do something about it? Probably the intended recipient of this post you chose to engage in like a monkey. Block away big fella
