In typical JayZ fashion, details are missing but here’s his BFA benchmark for 1440p at a major city:
2133 Mhz - 119 fps
2600 - 130 fps
3200 - 143 fps
4000 - 140 fps
15% perf difference on low quality high latency RAM.

It definetly makes a difference, people should consider what memory modules they are purchasing more often; while memory is still cheap.
That’s pretty significant. Not gonna change out the sticks of 2133 I’ve had for several years now, but I’ll definitely keep it in mind for future builds.
Has to be Ryzen, but yes none seems to understand ram matters alot for Ryzen
Ryzen makes sense from the perf regression at 4000Mhz since JayZ doesn’t seem to know the frabric clock has to be locked at 3733Mhz or higher.
Either way we don’t have 100% confirmation.
You can try to simply increase your clock and see where you land. JayZ has something like terrible like 19ms RAM and still got a massive perf boost. Just because your sticks might not be rated for higher than 2133 doesn’t mean you can’t go faster… unless you got a board that can’t OC :P.
Lately that’s true, a ram kit from 3 years ago could have issues overclocking though.
