Rake damage scaling from attack power.
I can’t think of another class that has such a core damage/healing ability not scale from gear. I don’t care if it’s minor scaling and I don’t care if feral dps is still at the bottom, but I hope Blizzard takes a note of this if/when they ever look at class/ability changes.

Um… They aren’t going to do class balancing.
Rake is still really good. Doesn’t need changed.
Hoping we see plenty of class changes in Classic+ if/when it happens!
Make Boomkin not a complete joke would be a good start
Druids need zero changes pay your hybrid tax and move along
Rake exists to bypass armor’s reduction, and make rogues miserable pre-Feral Faerie Fire. In PvE, just use Tiger’s Fury, Claw, Shred, and Ferocious Bite. When it comes to Rip, it’s more energy efficient than any other ability (besides Ferocious Bite) after 4 CP, but only if the target will live for all the ticks.
