How many mobs should Rake be used on in trash pulls? Should it only be used on the lieutenant mob, whichever mob has the most health remaining, and/or any mob that needs to be focused down? Or should I apply a few Rakes to other mobs?
i think it should be used on the Elites with big hp like the mage ogre in WS. unless you play WildStalker with Double Rake talent in that case you need apply rake to all mobs since the spec buff your dots
I kinda miss having to apply Rake to some other mobs for Bloodtalon procs

To each their own, but i get 3-4 GCDs of Rake (with double-clawed rake + veinripper) out. Then i only refresh on high HP mobs with Sudden Ambush with 2+ mobs.
Too many GCDs going into rake (DoTC) results in a DPS loss
