Raising your snowfeather

I leveled the snowfeather hatchling to level 25 with the Fel training stones. It’s 25 but the quest won’t complete?

Is this a bug?

Update: It’s clearly bugged as are the related quests with the other hatchlings. Once you get your pet to 25, I discovered that if you abandon the quest and retake it, it will then let you turn in.

Thank you! That was exactly what I was looking for (if it debugs by abandoning the quest). As of patch 10.0.7, it’s still bugged.
