Hey, everyone.
I used to raid in WOTLK and at the beginning of Firelands, and was in a top 30 US guild, raiding pretty hardcore. I got burnt out, and started PVPing, and have PVP’d ever since. No serious PVE content.
Lately, I have been in the mood to get back into raiding consistently with a decent guild. Back in the day, I hardly even remembered how recruitment worked. I remember just applying to a guild, submitting logs, and then doing a skype interview or something.
My question is, is nowadays, how does recruitment for serious raiding work? Is it possible to get into a decent guild without any recent DF or raid experience? How do I even find a raiding guild? I’m a resto shaman, FYI, and any tips would be helpful.
