The day that daddy blizzard forces me and others to group and carry dead weight players that are too lazy to get better gear and improve their skills before doing higher content is the day that I log off this game for good.

Check out world quests and emissaries, do the N’Zoth assaults, work on your cape more. You should have 430+ in every slot.

how is random lfg purely skill based? with io you get to see someones experience. Lfg can never be skill based unless something like io becomes a core system

I didn’t know people looked at that, i mean i look at dmg per boss most the time but i usually don’t care as long as things die fast enough or people know when to stop dps to not kill everyone via bursting.
From what I saw though, looks like he pulled his weight.
And i just ignored the whole have guild do it. because that means I would have to join a guild that does it. What if I want to join a more social guild? That does not want to do that content? Sorry guild but i got to join this one because you won’t do mythics so i can be improved by the community!

You know games like DOTA have associated ratings that match people up with similarly skilled players, right?
Raider IO does the same thing, it just isn’t automated (because automated grouping isn’t allowed)
