Anyone have this issue before? It was working fine the other day all of a sudden I went to update but my character is removed from the client and on the website I keep getting “character not found” error. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, figured this was the best place to ask.

It means your character is in the process of being deleted by blizz.
In all seriousness, they are probably just down. Same is happening for everyone.
Worked for all my other characters, that’s why it was weird. I updated and synced Blizzard settings on the website and it looks to have fixed it.

You might need to refresh your blizzard account data on raider.io. Log into Raider.io website, click on settings, then click the refresh button.
Edit: Never mind. mine are coming up as not found.

i had this issue last night…
i went onto their discord to see what the fix for people was - i had to completely remove my sync’d character, then re-sync it with Battle.net account.
and it worked…try that (Remember DO NOT JUST RE-SYNC - you have to completely remove the character then re-add it)
PS: They did say they were working on a fix by the next update to the addon for people with anomalies with their accounts.

Yeah seems to happen on some characters but not all.

If you want a fix in the meantime, if you delink your bnet account and relink it, it will fix the problem.
I just checked and all my toons are back.
