Io says it doesn’t need to be updated except it still says 3/8 even though i just finished court on heroic? When does it update?

You have to hit the ‘update character’ button on your page. Your last scan was 12 hours ago.
I hit that and now it’s showing me you do have 6/8 heroic.
It’s not instant; it relies on blizzard’s API updating on your armory page to feed it information. It pings the server at regular intervals for updates. You can hit the “update character” button; however, that also only works if it’s been updated on blizzard’s end. Generally speaking it takes a few minutes or a bit longer for the server to talk to the website, then the website to get pinged via RIO and update.
Patience.

When i mouse over my char portrait in game it still says 3/8 H. Even though the addon is up to date and so is the wow website and the raider io website
As far as I know that only updates once per day when the reset happens; I could be wrong though. I’ve yet to do a “fresh install” of the add on to try. But even updating it over and over again won’t alter the in-game status until tomorrow.
