I got the “Keystone Master: Season 4” on 08/17/22 and was able to upgrade a few items to max level 12. A few days ago when I have valor to upgrade more gears, the in-game score reset my raider io score back to 1957 and won’t allow me to do any upgrade. I since sent a ticket and has been over 2-days with no answer. This bug really hammered my experience playing this game since I enjoyed doing M+ and worked hard to achieve the title, but no reward in return!
