Raid saved to id

Hi, I was hoping to get some help. I was farming the first few mobs in gnomeregan tonight to receive trash loot. I was playing by myself. and definitely didnt go near any bosses. I was under the impression that I could farm trash this way and it would not effect my raid lockouts. I am supposed to run gnomeregan with my guild tomorrow. I would very much appreciate the help as I would be very bummed if this bug kept me from doing the raid this week. please help. thank you.

QA doesn’t operate on single accounts - that’s more what CS (Customer Support) is for.

That said, it’s extremely rare for CS to interfere with Raid IDs. So rare that it may as well not happen at all.

Raid locks can occur as the result of any event being triggered - not just a boss being killed. It doesn’t even have to be an event that has any obvious indications to say that anything has happened, so long as something - somewhere - within the instance has been triggered as a result of your actions. Even something as innocuous as setting off an Alarm-a-Bomb could be responsible.

There is of course nothing stopping your guild from using your existing ID. If you are party lead before anyone zones in, other players in the same raid will inherit your ID when it is triggered. There are ways to reset the zone should people get impatient but then you run the risk of people getting their own ID first depending on what actually caused it.
