It is not currently available for them on the PTR.
I’m honestly not meaning to be rude, but, for the love of God almighty why are you so darn talkative when it comes to loot and raid tuning but we’ve heard absolutely NOTHING regarding customization or more races?!

character customization isn’t his job at blizzard, raid itemization is from what I’ve seen.

Your vendors don’t have anything for the Sylvanas bow, does that mean hunters are just screwed with the Sylvanas bow upgrade?

lol I can do math just fine, you just want to be argumentative bc you care how fast others gear… Don’t forget people like to gear other specs as well and play different types of content.
I work on my vault just fine, the problem with vault is it is still RNG. The last 2 weeks I have taken the gem bc everything offered I already had or had crap stats, crap trinks etc. The fact you have had good luck with the vault is great for you and other people that also get lucky. That is not everyone’s experience.
The gear vendor idea they had sounded promising but in typical Blizz fashion they went out of their way to limit the tokens and even timegate when we get them.

I think the upgrade system rewards needs to be aligned with how M+ works. ie when you attempt and fail a normal boss, you should get a mythic upgrade shard. If you manage to kill the boss, you get extra shards.

It’s also for M+ and PvP players.
This post is just focused on raid because it’s arguably the biggest change compared to the norm.

Right, I am kind of wondering what the ilvl for a +15 item from the vault will be in S4? If normal fated raid gear is 278-285 and current legendaries are 291, are we going to be seeing 304 gear from m+ vault rewards?
That’s just the default view.
There’s a dropdown menu at the top where you can set the loot spec you want it to show the items it sells for. You should be able to buy a tank trinket on a frost DK.
It would even show me Old Warriors Soul on a hunter
