There is still the valid point that M+ is infinitely farmable, and that this is to counter the reduction in availability of raid loot (going from 1 lockout per week to 1 lockout per 3 weeks).

1 lockout per 3 weeks and also 1 kill per lockout.

Vs infinitely farmable.
