I killed heroic Echo of Neltharion in a PUG the other day. One of the class trinkets dropped and two of us rolled on it. I rolled first (a 47) and then another druid rolled and also got n 47. A few people never rolled on it, so I waited for the loot timer to expire and for one of us druids (presumably me, since I rolled first) to get it.

The timer/bar thing (which I think is 3 minutes?) in the /loot window expired and neither of us got it.
I waited a few more minutes, and still neither got it.
I should add that another item also was still on the boss after multiple people had rolled. IIRC, that item also had a tie roll on it. The remaining two items on the boss had rolls and were distributed accordingly.
I waited 20 minutes from the boss kill time (along with one other guy who was expecting to win the other tied item) and neither of us got the loot. It didn’t show up in mailbox either. I messaged the other druid who I’d tied with, and he said he didn’t get it either.

I submitted a support request and multiple GMs told me that they couldn’t help.
I’m guessing that the two items that never seemed to get disbursed was because of the tie rolls. I have been in previous raids, though, where ties have been seamless (although I do think the fact that the first person to roll shouldn’t be the winner of a tie…let us re-roll!!).
Anyone else see this before? Anyone have any tips on how to get Blizz to give me the heroic class trinket that I have yet to see drop otherwise?
