Yesterday we killed the Broodkeeper and dropped shaman paladin priest tierset and there weren’t any of these classes in my raid team. What happen ?.
The boss im pretty sure can drop anything on the loot table. Its not unique to the group mix.
This is always a possibility. Loot is not guaranteed to be tailored to your raid composition.
The only time it’s guaranteed is on an individual level through Personal Loot. Individually, if you roll successfully, you will always get a piece helpful to your chosen specialization.
But that’s wrong, how is an item going to drop that no one in the raid can use?
It’s not wrong, your preconceived notion is the mistake. It’s been explained in two posts already. Anything that is on the loot table can drop. Loot is not dropped based on your raid composition.
