We extended our lockout for this week. When entering today, the raid frame shows the lockout is extended and only N’Zoth is left, but zoning in, we are at Wrathion and all bosses are alive.

Hopefully this will get moved over to the Bug Report forums for you. Unfortunately, raid lockouts are typically something that Blizz is completely hands-off with.
Edit: Looks like it got moved

Did the character that extended the lockout zone in to the raid first in the group? If another character zone in that hadn’t will show a fresh raid.
