I’m still fairly new to WOW but I’ve got 2 months of this game under my belt. There are still things I need to learn because this is a MASSIVE game/world but I’m not too green either. I play a lot of dungeons and I’m lvl 73 currently but want to do raids to get better gear. All my gear is either 450 or up so (I hope) won’t be weighing anyone down.
Anyways, every time I go to group finder, everything is available except raids. It’s grey-ed out and says feature is currently unavailable. So what am I doing wrong or what do I have to do to get this in motion? Thanks for the time and help
We are waiting for the new season to start, which includes the new raid. The first wing of the raid will be available through raid finder on Tuesday. If you want to run the whole raid, you will need to find a group [you cannot queue for it].
Is there any way I can just do old raids? I’m shooting for the Illidan one for Azzinoth glaives
Yeah you can just walk into them and clear them, raids are a max level piece of content. Once the expansion is over nobody really goes back to do them as a group for the purpose of gearing, it’s just to get items for transmog. Once a few expansions pass you can solo them.
You can go to the black temple in Shadowmoon Valley in outland, walk through the raid portal and clear the raid yourself very easily.
