Raid Leavers Cooldown?

In my opinion the people who leave raid groups after 1 boss kill or 1 wipe should receive some kind of raid entry cooldown like dungeon deserters get.

Joining a raid should feel like a commitment of trying to progress and not just a spin-the-wheel until you find the god group as the constant leaving and joining often ruins entire raid groups and are never able to progress due to the constant need of getting new players just to repeat the cycle again next wipe. And when you’re progressing a raid as intended, wipes are to be expected.

Not saying everyone who ever leaves a raid should get a cd, but maybe those who leave after only 1 or 2 wipes after joining. Again this is just my opinion, but a cooldown of a few hours should stop this from happening so often with the goal of having more consistent raid groups.

Why should someone else suffer if they didn’t get in the group that they want to be with? If I join a group and it’s pretty clear that bosses aren’t dropping, I’m not going to waste my time sitting there while they slam their heads on content I’ve already cleared

In lfr a lot of the time it’s because they’re loot locked to other bosses, you don’t want them there

how bout a deserter buff buff instead, nope out n get +50 to main stat for an hour :eyes:
