I’ve been very interested in the topic of Raid leaders recently.
So I’m hoping to get some feedback from you guys.
Do you have any information or better stories of good and bad raidleaders you’ve had.
I know there are tons of ways to be in charge, and no one method works for everyone. What are some traits you like in your raid leaders, what are things you don’t like?
I’ve always had an issue with leads that spend too long explaining things. if You’re getting up to 10 minutes talking about a boss, I think you’re doing something wrong.
