So I have 2 accounts, and I have healed mythic 10+ easy and have been doing it for some time. Now this addon Raid IO has come out it doesn’t seem to matter that I have healed 10+ because I didn’t use my own keys so my raid io didn’t go up so no one will take me and there is no way im going to go through all the lower lvl mythics just to get a higher score. People rely too much on stupid addons that show that stats of a player not the skill of one. So once again I guess I am ending my time on this game due to an addon that in no way describes my skill in the game or the fact that I have done these mythics before…

What are you even on about? Why do people post about it when they don’t understand it. It doesn’t need to be your key. It records any run as long as your run meets the minimum requirements for your weekly server leaderboard.
If you don’t want to boost your score a bit by running lower keys on every dungeon then that’s your own fault and shouldn’t be shocked when you don’t get invited to groups.

i usually just read these and get triggered to myself and then move on, but this time i am going to actually say something. i want to preface what im about to say by telling you that everything i say is to help you.
that being said, the problem isnt the addon, the problem is you. stop making excuses. either you showed up late, or you havent done the ground work the rest of us had to do to get higher scores. you either havent done all the dungeons, or you havent done them in time, or you havent done them at a high enough key. it is as simple as that.
you can keep blaming the addon, you can say that you cant be bothered timing the 8s and 9s first , or whatever it is, but in reality, you’re either delusional and entitled, or you’re actually just not timing the 10s youve done, so your score isnt that high yet. there is no third option.
stop blaming other things and people when you have complete control over improving your own situation. stop it. i was in the same boat as you a month ago. i stopped making excuses and blaming other things and people, then low and behold, here i am at about 1100io with like over 20 timed 10s
EDIT: video game or not, this type of behavior will follow you into every area of your life if you do not address it. you can deny this if you want, but there have been other challenges in your life you have approached the same way once faced with pressure. youve made excuses, youve quit, youve blamed others or systems, or something. its your choice, brother. it might just be a stupid game, and youre right, it is. but you are where you are with this stupid game for a reason. life has a way of trying to make you a better person even in a stupid video game.

Can you please explain in detail how you know it has anything to do with raider io and your score? Please be specific because I haven’t heard from anyone who claimed this how they know for sure.

Your IO is low only because you haven’t done half the dungeons.
Just get them done on lower keys and you should be peachy.

Here is the main problem with all these type addons. People complain they got someone that sucked so they make an addon that does a gear score blizzard implements ilvl so people can see how the person is geared. Well that isn’t good enough now so they make a new addon that gives some arbitrary number to stuff you have done along with ilvl to get a new number and if you don’t meet that new number you get auto declined.
I understand where the person is coming from with the complaint to many people think that taking someone that got carried to a high mythic+ is going to be a good player. That might be true but could be the worst player you have ever been with also but that new number is all that matters.
Me I have a group of friends I run with we do whatever we want so we don’t have to deal with an addon. Have we ran high level mythics nope because we have a life outside of wow and choose not to. Should an addon make you quit the game no and like other said is just an excuse and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the person playing anyways.
The add on didnt just come out. Its been out for a while. How did you get your runs done in the first place? You did it once, you can do it again.

Why not? If you can complete a ten like you claim, lower keys should be easy. And the add on weeda out lazy people. Why would anyone want a player who thinks they are too good to run a few lower keys?
All the people with a high score, they run the content over and over.
Just go run the dungeons that will raise your score. You might even get a titanforge.

Sorry but unless you have something better than IO/Logs it’s required and it’s the best thing we currently have. Even if the addon was “banned” it would make no difference because you can just go to warcraftlogs and if there’s gray green and blues you’re getting declined anyways. If you can’t pull your own weight stop wasting peoples time.

Raider io has been in use for well over a year now don’t just say oh it popped up out of nowhere.
Since gear is so easily attainable ilvl is no longer a viable metric to judge skill. Run dungeons put in the work run your own keys.

Raider. io can only do so much - it can only collect data on the top 500 mythic+ runs on a specific realm (its what Blizzard shows, so its on blizzard, not raider. io), if you are on a high pop realm that can fill pretty fast and then you are forced to run better than the lowest top 500 runs done for it to count.
Unsure if there is a way around this via add on or not.
Thats not how raiderio works, it tracks all the keys you do even if they aren’t your own. Have you updated the addon?
Thats how they know your skill, IDK you, you are just a random person applying to my key so I need more than just your word that you aren’t bad.
