Ive never been any good at pvp besides twinks and working 12hrs a day i just dont have time to grind it out sadly. Not complaining just sad 
and no i dont want rank 14 any easier. Just because i wont be able to get it doesn’t mean it should channge.

I know how you feel. Love PvP. I would raid if I had the time, but I can barely get to 48 after two months? Pff.
Which means I won’t be competitive in ranking PvP.
O well, I still have fun.

I agree. Blizzard needs to get rid of the raid or die stuff as it has ruined the game. Make more 5 man content. Have a five man mode of all the raid instances. No, the 5 man version should not have the same rewards. Not looking for welfare epics. But make a scalable difficulty from 5 man up to 40 man. Of course the best loot would only drop in the 40 mans.
Or perhaps something more radical and have previous tier epics be very rare drops from 5 man versions once the new tier is available. this can be used as a catch up mechanism.

You can still get at least half a blue PVP set. Rank 7-8 is not difficult to get, but you’ll have to spend all of your WOW time in BGs. That is if you only have about 2 hours/day.

Yeah, I got Rank 8 in Vanilla with about 2 hours a day in BGs. If you do nothing but AV every time you log in for 2 or 3 hours a day, might even be able to get 9 or 10 at some point.

Sure, why not. They are all good pieces, ranging from good to really good. Of course if you hate PVP, then dont force yourself, but if you don’t, then it’s worth it.

Ahhh okay, well i do love pvp tbh
Also, AV gear is great and pretty easy to get. TUF is on par with a ZG 2 hander. Don Julios band is probably at least BWL quality and even the blue gear is top end 5 man quality. Just run AV, do all the quests in there and you will be exalted in a week or less.

It’s interesting how far off the mark they were on the idea of twinks. Blizzard had been edging them out over the past decade. When they finally succeeded, there wasn’t really much for some to do.
Subscribing to an endless grind was off the table and twinking was also vastly more interesting than level-cap PvP, where healers were raid bosses because, for some reason, in order to have arenas, Blizzard felt the need to make endless combat a real possibility.
You can’t just send someone to the graveyard, or be sent. You have to go through fifty global cooldowns of opportunities to change your fate… and that’s if you’re just standing still.

I’m not sure about 9-10 in only a couple of hours a day in AV, but 8 should be possible. Depends partially on your server.
