Why with all the new customized UI stuff did Blizz raid frames go backwards on the ability to move and resize stuff?
I have used raid frames for 5mans and now its soo bad. I have no markers. I cant resize like i used to be able to. And to make matters worse i will be healing and they bug out so i cant target anyone.

This was reported as a bug in the thread below, but the more reports they see on the same issue, the more likely they are to fix it.
You should be able to go to Edit Mode, then right-click on your raid-style party frames and change their size and drag them where you want.
This seems like an add-on conflict. If this ever happens when all add-ons are disabled, then report a bug in-game or on the bug forums.
I tried using the native UI for a while and this was the final nail in the coffin for me. Well, that and not having focus target frames. It was happening every time someone entered or left a raid group. The Blizz frames took too long to adjust and while it was trying to figure things out it was unusable. The add-ons do the same thing but much faster and are usable while they’re adjusting.
It’s not an issue if you don’t heal much in LFR as higher raid groups are more static and don’t have people coming and going mid pull.
