I did my first raid since prepatch launched. I use default raid frames, and various times tonight, my raid frames glitched out, giving me this:

What appears to be the party frames is where the raid frames should be… It only shows a stagnant 5 health bars without names - everyone else disappears, and those bars that do appear do not reflect players’ health. Needless to say, this is a massive issue as a healer, and the only thing that fixes it is when I /reload (which I needed to do mid fight. Not ideal!)
How is this still an issue? Do they not know how glitchy their raid frames are? The names on mine disappear in combat and some of the parties show up in random places on my screen. When people join the raid after combat starts they don’t show up at all. It’s a giant mess.
Also having this issue when using raid frames, including for 5-person parties. Either they’ll just be blank health frames like in OP’s screenshot or the frames disappear entirely. Here’s what it looked like during a 25 person raid group I was in: https://imgur.com/xigALFC
I don’t use any addons for party/raid frames. This is a major issue for healers.
I have the same problem but it seems to be caused by out-of-date addons, hopefully the creators will be able to fix it but I don’t think it will stabilize for at least 2-3 months after the 10.0 patch comes out.
