So I currently am using vuhdo and have tried grid2 with clique, but none of them show my hots the way I want to (using the blizz icons). Anyone have any other suggestions, or is there a way to get one of these to show what I want that I haven’t found? And before someone says just Google it I have tried and can’t find the answer and Google brings up posts from 2010’s about any addon search I make, even with shadowlands in the search bar.

I use Vuhdo and customizing your HoTs to show on raid frames takes a little work but it’s doable. Search for guides on how to set it up on youtube.
Vuhdo is a “B” to set up, but once you have it, it’s pretty amazing.
