Raid Frame addon to view number of enemies targeting a player

I’m looking for an addon that shows a number indicator in the default blizzard raid frames UI the number of enemies targeting a player. This is primarily for RBGs and M+ as a healer. Being able to see who the enemies are targeting would help me be more proactive in queueing up heals rather than just reactively healing after damage is done.

I’d also be open to any advice on coding one. I haven’t built WoW addons yet, but I have done some other programing in the past.
