Raid finder jailer tanking question

I strongly disagree with the idea that some mechanics should be removed from LFR. LFR and normal should have the same mechanics, but just have them be less punishing in the LFR version. I’ve always thought of LFR as a way to introduce yourself to fights and learn how certain mechanics work so when you enter higher difficulties you have a better idea of what to look out for.

The most target dummy like LFR boss will always be Varimathras from Antrous. The dude had the whole gimmick of the fight removed. That being taking shadow damage made you immune to healing for 7 seconds. Which meant that he could be 1 tanked while the dps just damaged him.

No they shouldn’t
LFR exists for two reasons; being a tourism mode and offering gear with neat mechanics an effects - LFR shouldn’t at any point be difficult to complete because… folks don’t do it to:
“I’m going to go raiding” Proceeds to queue for LFR

I agree that mechanics are fun, but that’s why I do M+ as well as Normal and Heroic raiding (no interest in pushing myself to do Mythic raiding) - folks don’t go to LFR to ‘raid’ as in work together, communicate, cooperate, and overcome difficult enemies

And for this reason, LFR not having mechanics isn’t a bad thing, its for all intent and purposes a good thing
