Raid difficulty / raid finder ? (Help)

Will there ever be a spot where you can change the difficulty to raid finder?
I went to the raid The Nighthold . I want to get the transmogrify of that raid. I can not as for i am level 120. The option to go to that raid does not exists.

There’s a guy to talk to to enter lfr difficulty. Don’t know much about him, but he exists.

Don’t quote me on this, I think the Legion guy is in Dal. I really don’t know for sure though. Just read patch notes.

NPC for Dragonsoul is right outside the instance.

NPC for all of Pandaria Raids is in the Seat of Knowledge.

NPC for all of WoD Raids is in your Garrison on the way to your Menagerie - a blind orc beside the path.

NPC for all of Legion Raids is in Legion Dalaran - used to give the weekly quests out.

You can queue solo, as a group, or as a raid of up to 25 people.
