We’re Heroic Guild and a little Mythic - nothing special.
I’ll want to try and pug to Title and maybe join a Mythic guild.

We have no mage buff, would the 3% INT across everyone be hugely impactful?

No Evokers at all. Would a single Aug be useful? More than that INT buff?

No Rogues - They bring that 3% DR poison I believe.

“Play what you like” - I like contributing to the raid and it succeeding :-D. Hence I’m here looking at raid comp and seeing if there is something that might be more impactful.

Any thoughts?

General thoughts. For AOTC and a little mythic, it doesnt matter. Dont over think it. You dont need to worry that much.

Would int buff be helpful? Definitely. Will it make a noticeable difference for a guild that is mostly AOTC and a little mythic? No.

Yes, it sounds generic. But “play what you like” is the right answer here. Dont stress out about gearing up/learning/putting up with a spec you dont enjoy playing because you want to feel min/max useful.

If you genuinely like playing mage, evoker, etc. Go for it. Yes, objectively that will bring some stuff you dont have. But will it actually matter? Not really.

Thanks!

I guess I should of prefaced things a bit more. I have 3 tanks around 3k, few dps and healers. So I’m a jack of all trades.

Never really gone for title and never really pushed Mythic Raiding.

Let’s say my goal IS title (which yes, all classes can get). Which’ll also have the easiest time at getting into groups? Aug Evoker? Mage? Rogue?

So far I’m hating the constant rejections, tank / healer we so much easier to get into keys, lol.

Title you’re better off waiting about 4 weeks for things to settle then choosing, you can have a m+ only alt and get title without ever having to raid on it pretty easily if you’re proficient on the spec. You don’t need raid gear at all.

That is a good point. Wait to see where things settle.

And yeah, don’t need raid for title. Also don’t need meta too. Looks like ALL classes have hit atleast 3.5k. META are pushing 3.8. Title looks to be 3450.07 right now. So I guess being meta would actually really help.

Just play what you know you’re already good at if you’re going for title. Reality is that even if you try to go for meta that can easily change especially early on in a season.
