North Americans think they own the world, or at least it feels that way most times.
The OP got flagged for calling it out. He may be concern trolling, but it works because he’s right, unfortunately.
The complaints are so sporadic and contradictory that the only takeaway you can actually have is that they’re just as toxic as any other server based on individual behavior.
And on the topic of the hyper toxic cultural appropriation that is “latinx” not a single one of my many latino/a friends like the term, and most of them are very outspoken about hating it. Me included. North American conception of masculine / feminine verbiage is entirely ridiculous. Next to none of us think it’s offensive. 
If you don’t like it, don’t learn the languages.

I feel sorry for the players that are good on rag, but the majority ruin it for them. A lot of them are rude, arrogant, think they’re gods then usually play poorly. That’s not to say I haven’t grouped with good players from those servers, they are just few and far between.
By far the biggest obstacle is the language barrier, then the internet issues a lot of them seem to have.
It’s also easier when the resounding census is if you invite players from said server, you are in for a bad time.
I’ve never had my dungeons/raids trolled more than by rag players.
Granted there are several US servers that are on my blacklist, rag definitely stands out personally.
As a fellow hispanic, it’s just words.
And I can’t speak spanish, but I can understand it. The stuff rag players have said about Americans in my groups have been pretty nasty.
Queue an instance where I was the only American in an all rag group. They ninja pulled the boss, removed me from group to try to kill me for some reason. All while shouting slurs.
It was comical as I just hearthed out while all of them incurred a bigger repair bill, but still.
Idk. Again my preference and blacklist is based off personal history.

The word racist implies that ppl from Ragnaros are of a different race. We are all human. They’re just bad at the game.

Most people from Rag and Quel do not play with NA players by choice.
And that stops them from gitting gud how?

Chances are you have no clue what you’re doing, and due to the insular nature of the servers (primarily because people are xenophobic) they have different strategies than you.
You’re essentially saying
