With my group we killed 6/7 heroic firelands on Thursday. we reset to kill ragnaros today, and ragnaros doesn’t appear, we never changed the difficulty to normal. I need them to solve this. It cannot be that a game that is more than 20 years old can have these things happen to them. I need a solution now
