consumed by rage 20% > 10%
raging blow was a surprise though, crazy.
yeah it’s not fun now but I can only assume it’s intended to balance warrior around lv40
minor dip now but warrior is likely to catch back up

I wasn’t planning to use raging blow at all in p2. flagellation seemed op with berserker rage. 36second uptime
Yes it’s being nerfed. So is consumed by rage.

I heard they nerfed most of warrior’s runes by like 10% or something.
Probably needed. I believe currently warrior still sim’s as top dps. I expect more warrior tuning this phase.
Honestly fair, Warrior will be top DPS at 40 when they finally have their main abilities unlocked, and a lot of people probably won’t even find space for Raging Blow in their build anymore.

was it a profession tool, like Fishing Pole or Mining Pick? Because those don’t count as weapons.
