does the raging affix do more damage as well or does it only grant immunity to cc ?
if it does more damage as mob HP is 30% or less than why doesn’t blizzard put in how much???

Only CC immunity. Increased damage was the old raging.
Enrage does apply the dmg boost yes, 30% when hitting 30% hp. A brutal total of 80% on current week as some tanks were getting 1 shot bc they pulled too many…, yes I’m aware of the rage cleansing talent but its a bit hard to nail the timing when theres a lot going on.
