Last night we killed rag, distributed gear and went back to give out both cinders and embers and the chest just vanished before either were given out. I opened a ticket, and it was not at all helpful and they just redirected me here. What do i need to do, or who do i need to talk to, to get my cinders and my guild mates embers?
Nothing you can do. Went through this myself. This game doesn’t have GM support anymore that will do things like item restores. They point you to post on the forums where you will be ignored by Blizzard there aswell.
Its a bug and will happen every time. Chest despawns if only the leggo quest items are in it. You have to know you need to hand them out first.
This bug has been reported since week 1 of release. I wouldnt expect a fix. heres a gdkp discord message that “fixes” the issue but NO ONE can be trigger happy clickers on the chest xD…

BLizz/mcsft are horrible at addressing relevant things, you can report it but id consider it a waste of time as a dude whos tried so since even felmyst bugging in the air in tbc. gl
