Simple as I can get it. When I logged on today after the patch, and fought through all the server issues, I looked to my recruit-a-friend section to find every single one of my recruited friends has been wiped. No one else I have spoken to has had this issue - but it’s a bit concerning considering one of my RAFs came back for 9.2.5 and now we aren’t getting any of the benefits.
Anyone else?
I don’t believe I’ve seen anyone else with this issue as yet this evening. What you want to do is edit your original post and move it to the Bug Report Forum. Customer Support is a player assisting other players forum, so there are no Devs or GMs here. Over in the appropriate place, the proper staff will see that it’s something that has cropped up.

Not a problem! Hopefully it’s something minor that might clear up with this morning’s maintenance, but at least it’ll be where a Dev might see it in case that it’s not.
Mine are also all gone.

Yup i just had same thing started it april 30th with a family member who been away for two and a half years both put ticket with this issue that seem to of happen with 9.2.5
Yeah, recently recruited a friend, and now they don’t show under my list.
Same issue here, my 4 RAF accounts are no longer showing up.
Got an in-game response, apparently they are looking into it. No idea if any of the rewards will be sent out afterwards but here’s to hoping.
I have one RAF as well that is gone.

You’re not alone. Same thing happened to us, and got a brush off response to my ticket. “No immediate solution.”
I too have this issue, put in a ticket last night and got a response this morning said everything looked okay on their end. They even suggested I check the accounts I recruited had active game time still. I looked and theres still 2 months left for each.
Tomorrow I was supposed to get my next reward so we’ll see then.
I often get this response. “things look good on our end!” when it is still obviously broken and people are complaining about it. The summon a refer a friend is down too.

With this being a fresh issue I’m afraid we do not have any additional information at the moment other than we’re investigating. Keep an eye on the forums or this support page for updates.
I get that they can’t give me an exact answer - but feeling brushed off about it does kind of suck. Hoping that a resolution is a swift one. I’d really hate to miss out on benefits.
They cant renig on there agreement because they broke the system and yah i got the same awnser this isnt a free service we agreed on when we did Raf.
And then bring it back not fix the problem to the people who got there link broken from it then allow it to people who sign up afterwards thats not fair to us who are posting and legal action can be taken from this its money we spent on and two years of inactive for people to be eligible for that we cant relink ourselves from this bug if thats the case i want a roll back and thats very much a solution too
Thats like saying sorry but our clock machines broken it wiped your hours or the bankroll bugged and your not getting direct deposit or buying a blizzard store item and not receiving anything its the same difference you all know the legal terms for and its a scam.
Nothing in the blizzard RAF said anything about them wiping our RAF friend list and link.
I have my second account recruited and am also not seeing it in the social pane. It looks like they are aware of the issue.
i had one raf that is gone and i was trying to do a new raf and that’s not going through/ The linking process isn’t linking us.
