Can someone please tell me why Radovan the Event Announcer, whom is a Dreanai, was given a Dwarf voice? Is that just laziness on the Dev’s part, or did they let go of the voice actor when they went through all the lay-off’s?

Is that the one that announces the Fashion event? If so I’ve heard and see him walking around and he sounds very draenei to me. A human announces the story time and mount mania…can’t say I’ve heard a dwarf announcing anything. I’ll have to listen more closely when I’m there again today, hmmmm…

Also Radovan’s accent does sort of shift on some lines, so his announcer voice is probably the thing some people do in media where they use a different accent from their natural accent.

He’s got a perfectly ordinary draenei cod-Slavic accent.
You cannot possibly think it’s this hard to find somebody in Southern California willing to give a stab at “awful Russian accent”.
