We go to the spot that shows on the map, see people entering… but there is nothing to click on to enter our Radiant Echo’s into so that we can enter (yes they are in our bags). Does not matter if we are in a group where the other person can ‘SEE’ the radiant echo… it is just not there. This is not just me either - we are talking about a lot of people are having this issue. This is not an issue of an addon. Please fix this!

Have you resolved this? I have the same problem and support closed my ticket without solving it even thou I provided video proof and everything.

If you are in Undermine you need to cancel your uber jobs to see the worldsoul.

I had to do it twice and relog, but it did work after i cancelled the orders.

I past it several times, once I recieved the Radiant Echo from the Delve, it disapeared… literally just before getting the echo it was there on my way to the delve…
Same issue here. It happened after I did a realm and faction change. Ticket has been opened for 2 months. Blizz took my money but won’t fix the bug. World soul memories do not appear for one specific character for me. I have 22 radiant echoes in my bag, but can’t see the portals in game.
