Radiant Echoes Rewards Bugged, Patch 11.1

Hi there, after the beginning of TWW season 2, I did a worldsoul memory event with a friend.

I started the event with 5 radiant echoes, to get the 5x coffer key shard rewards.
My friend then joined by starting the event on a lower difficulty using 1 radiant echo.

At the end of the event, we both received 30 shards, which would be the correct number for my friend, but I should have received 150 shards.

Kinda doubt that there’s any chance of rectifying that, but it’s a pretty expensive bug for me this early on in the season.

These are severely borked. My buddy and I both ran a 5x radiant echo. Our scores were 300+, I got 10 shards and he got 25 shards; when we should both have received 100+

I remember this coming up last season as well where the higher amount you put in did not always increase your rewards.

Multiple people reporting this issue. I’m in the same boat - they said they can’t do anything to reimburse but solving it would be nice hahaha

This happened to me last night. Spent 5 echoes, and only got rewards for 1 echo (35 fragments). I put in a ticket, but sounds like folks have not been having luck with that. How infuriating.

Same happened to me the other day. Used 5x echoes, got 1/5th the fragments of other people in my group. Only running 1x echoes now…

Yeah… it’d be annoying later in the season, but right now it really hurts because I’m at least 2 max level delves behind the rest of my groups.

Not impossible to catch up on but it feels real bad.

Was there ever a resolution? Support is not compensating, saying it’s up to the Dev Team.

I can’t find the thread for it now, but I’m not sure it ever went anywhere was actually a quite long thread.

Just had this occur to me for the first time ever. Did Radiant Discord difficulty, should have earned at least 130 shards but was only given 31 despite having a score over 250. People have been reporting this bug since the expansion launch.

Did you do it in a group?

I feel like I remember it mostly occurring in groups and am wondering if continuing to do these solo will avoid the issue for me.

No, I managed that score solo. The Undermine events are relatively dense in a small area so it was the first time I’ve managed a solo score that high.

I originally thought it was tied to groups too, so it was especially disappointing to get utterly and completely screwed by it this way.

Oof, just happened to me. I got 27 coffer key shards and 52 Valorstones for using 5 Radiant Echos in the Kaja’Mite Contact instance and getting over 200 points. I submitted a bug ticket but looks like this has been known for quite some time… that’s frustrating.

In each raid I’ve joined doing an echoes event, at least one person complains they get incorrect rewards. Very frustrating there hasn’t even been an acknowledgement about the bug.

happened to me recently and has been an issue since soon after worldsoul memories were put in the game. how many months has it been since then?

Even worse, I have another 5 radiant echoes and have ZERO information so far, i.e. is it some memories and not others? New or old ones? Raid size or original servers of the players in a raid. Is there any chance of later getting back radiant echoes if we continue to “gamble” on memories?

ANY status at all? SOMETHING so we know if we should try again or not.

Even increasing the number of world quests that give shards would be better than nothing I guess. it’s not like there are other options to get coffer key shards or coffer keys once you have the 4 weekly ones.
