Is there a reason every emissary quest reward for the last week has been Azerite?
Did I miss an announcement about it, or is this another case of them assuming that RNG will never be a problem?

No other good rewards that come from Emissaries anymore.

My guess is they’ve realised everyone’s stopped grinding Azerite so they’re trying whatever they can to get people’s HoA passed level 30.
Think the new azerite gear with another ring will require a level 39 neck to activate the last upgrade. So maybe not as bad a reward as you think.
We stopped doing islands so they gotta ensure we get our weekly fix of Azerite, especially since m+/raid/pvp isn’t a good source of azerite
It’s prolly just RNG.
There is a slight chance they did it intentionally though. Knowing that on Tuesday the item level on gear from wqs and the emissaries is going to be bumbed up you will need the AP more at the moment since any gear you get now will prolly be replaced quickly and the new gear will require higher HoA levels.
5 days in a row, all AP. I needed a break from WQ’s so I been leveling alts instead.
