Too many races that can wear shoes. They’ll never make it as Horde.

During Wrath, Taunka get initiated into the Horde!. Don’t forget about them, loved that quest line.

I’m looking in the goblin area of Orgrimmar and there are none. I know there were a bunch on Kezan but I’m skeptical they’re part of the Horde
