Race: Void Elves. // Class: Paladins

Nope.
And we have a lot of diferent lore holes that proves this.

unless a dev comes out and says otherwise it’s the lore. sorry :woman_shrugging:

Yup. One of the developers even stated they went out of their way to make sure they didn’t ever really refer to the Sunwalkers as “Paladins.” It would be kinda interesting that instead of the game labeling you “Zandalari Troll Paladin” that it would put “Zandalari Troll Prelate” instead (maybe as an option). You’d still be the Paladin class, but in game you’d be referred to as Prelate.

Every time I cast Ashen Hallow, I explode, killing everything within a 40 mile radius!

When you put it that way, I’m super excited for Void elf pallies

I would honestly love that. If they could give us some way to edit how quest and texts read our class that would be fantastic.

All classes for all races!

I wonder how you people are gonna cope when it happens eventually :skull: Considering they said in a recent interview they want to move towards all races having all classes.

The same way I cope with Void Elves being in denial.

Yeah. No. Blizzard said they are opening all classes to all races, or did that slip your mind? Void Elf Paladins are coming, like it or not.

  1. Plenty of time to change their minds.
  2. Blizzard promises rarely is made into reality. Don’t be surprised 10 years later and you still don’t get your lore breaking combo.
  3. It’s lore breaking no matter how they play it, get over it high elfer.

Is that denial I hear? Boy this is as satisfying as the tears I licked up when people cried about the skin tones and hair colors we got. Mmh. Thanks. I needed that.

Not denial, just stating a fact, blizzard and broken promises goes hand and hand.

Your celebrating far too soon.

Also trolling like this will bite your bum.

I’m honestly curious on how they would make it work though.

For the Blood Elves, it is very special. The Light was adopted in response to Fel addiction, and as a desperate attempt to curb their dying races needs. Literally the only reason the Blood Elves still exist is because of the Light.

Now, I don’t think this in any way substantiates the Void Elves becoming Paladins, but I do think people underestimate culturally how important the Light and Paladins are to the Blood Elves.

Yeah, it gets real old real fast. I think this might be an in-group out-group sort of mindset. Alliance players feel like they’re on the losing side of things, so they want to make demands.

And yet again, said by a horde player.
Spoiled children don’t realize how spoiled they are.

Spam as this point as well.

I guess you missed the part where they said Warlock and Paladin were only going to get opened up to those races it makes sense for LORE WISE. It does not make sense lore wise to make Paladin available to Void Elves.

Listen, bub, I have been playing both factions since Vanilla. This might be my main, but in TBC my second end game character was a Draenei Shaman. I understand people see Horde and think that we can’t possibly understand but… I do, and I think all of these Alliance complaint threads are insanely pathetic.

Its does not make sense paladins for trolls or taurens.

I’m still trying to figure out Vulpera Warlocks tbh
