Race Neutral is a new guild on Hakkar made by some old friends looking to push AOTC and keys this season. We currently have 6 solid members who have done 7/8 H with our previous guild and have experience on H queen. Guild leader is AOTC. We left our last guild upon feeling differences in goals and attitude from the guild leader and decided to make our own thing with like-minded people. We are now hoping to create a smallish focused group with similar goals including: AOTC and continuing to push into 10+ keys. Our M+ crew is mostly in the 2300-2700 range at the moment. Happy to create several teams or have open invites for guild members in keys. We are mainly horde players at the moment but as the name implies we are open to any and all.
Nothing is set in stone yet for schedules since we’ve just started however our plan for raid times are expected to be THURSDAY / FRIDAY or FRIDAY / SATURDAY. Starting time will likely be 7pm CST and going until 10pm CST. We may expand to 3 days raiding if enough people are interested and we decide to push into mythic raids. However, we intend to have Nerubar H on single night farm fairly quickly once we’re up and running, which would mean the second night could be for mythic or things like BRD heroic. This will all depend on the members that join and our goals as a group.
Our expectation for players that want to join our progression team are as follows:

Show up consistently and on time (or give notice if not).

Listen to directions when given. Ask questions when needed.

Do your job. Success will depend on each person executing their specific jobs so this is important.

Be cool, be respectful, and take accountability. We don’t expect perfection but we want competent players that own their mistakes and learn from them.

Communicate. You die and are meant to be next for a mechanic? Call it in discord.

Grow together. We fail a bunch of pulls and you see something we’re not mentioning? Call it out. Let’s figure it out together; It’s the only way we’ll improve. We don’t need people who are afraid of dialogue (as long as the dialogue is healthy and respectful). We don’t expect everyone to be perfect but we /really/ want people who are growth oriented players.
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ALL ROLES. Main needs right now are:
- A solid healing core
- Any DPS. High parses are nice but if you have awareness and can do mechanics that’s more important to us. But also please do at least decent DPS lol.
- We have some tanks but we haven’t settled yet on our progression team so you’re welcome to apply. Or if you can swap between specs depending on needs that would be great too.
