I prefer undead DKs, I feel like they look the most undead you can get. For my own, I figure he probably got chewed up by ghouls during/after death, and we all know the Lich King isn’t terribly picky when it comes to reanimation. And yes, that means I ignore the “official” lore in this case, because sometimes you just have to for things to make any sense at all.

On topic: Night Elf hunters, with cats named Cat. They’re everywhere, every zone, every level, they always have been, and they always will be. They’re the roaches of WoW.

Ok looks wise you have a valid point, but being an undead undead knight just seems kind of redundent.

It really is, and the official story is absurd. You died, rezed as Scourge, ate Lorderon, broke free with Sylvanas as Forsaken, fought the Scourge, died AGAIN, rezed AGAIN as Scourge (this time a DK, yay promotion), and broke free AGAIN at Light’s Hope Chapel. It’s just too much.

Personally, I like to think my DK died during the initial attacks on Lorderon during Warcraft3, and was just left out to rot for way too long before getting brought back as a DK directly. So much simpler.

I kinda like undead death knights and I dont like undead.

I have a head cannon for a Human Paladin who got killed and was raised as a Forsaken (I go back and forth between Warrior and Preist) who then gets killed and rezzed as a DK because the LK saw his potential from being a paladin…

Edit - One day on an RP server, I will make these characters. Take the human to say level 30, the undead to 55 than start the DK - all with as close to the same name I can play as.
