Can you save a race change for a new expansion? So, Can I get buy the discounted Race Change and save it for War With In Exp?
Yes. I have 3 saved now.
You buy it and then change later. I think it just sits there waiting for you to use it.

Im tempted to buy and save, but i just dont know if im going to use it or not.

The 3 for $35 is an amazing deal since they are normally $25 each…but I got them because they are removing the human rep bonus and I want to be ready if they give us a bad replacement.
Flip the race-change upside down and check the expiration date.
Yes, it works like a boost as there will be an icon at the top right of the character selection screen to the left of your character list until you use the service. The same applies to the aforementioned Character Boost, Faction Change, and Realm Transfer.

I bought a race change quite a while back. It might have multiple expansion and its still there.
