Race change not working

i cant change race.
i bought race change Oct 31, 2020
(ORDER #US591666613, Order Status Complete)

but still cant change the race.
There is no change in the character selection list and payment has
not been applied.

Are you not receiving the icon to start the Race Change process or are you getting an error when trying to use it?

I don’t see anything amiss with the purchase, it seems to have gone through. If it doesn’t show up after maintenance tomorrow, I’d recommend submitting a ticket under “Purchase Failure”.

You might try exiting game and launcher, and restarting both. Doesn’t hurt to try.

i restarted my computer enough for 3 days.

You can try resetting your password, that might force the account to update. I recommended waiting for maintenance since a lot of things clear up with maintenance and a Game Master will likely want to wait for that before they escalate it up.

The queue for Purchase Failure tends to be higher priority so you’d likely get a response before maintenance happened, which would probably require you to resubmit after maintenance. I’d rather cut out a step by just waiting until tomorrow if you can. :slight_smile:

Just checking to see if you have the option to race change or not now, Parkjunghoon. I saw a few character service issues from this morning but they don’t appear to be the same thing, so I wanted to see.

Thanks for the update, Parkjunghoon. I was hoping otherwise, but we’ll definitely want to put in that ticket now using the “Purchase failure” so that our staff can take a closer look.

This may be related to the issue I mentioned earlier so they may need to add you to the current investigation ticket. We may be able to workaround the issue though in the meantime, but we’ll have to see.

Solved the problem. The answer from Blizzard
“Delayed in Service”, “money has been deducted however the VAS has not been delivered.” And gave me a race change again.

If I didn’t think about asking a question on the forum or without the help of ‘Vrakthris’, I might have had a hard time going through an unnecessary refund process or missing the refund period.
