race change not working for demon hunter this character does not have any races to change

A race change is base on the class the toon is - if there isn’t a race to change to, it won’t work. Demon hunter and evoker is the only class that’s locked to that race on a given faction.

so i cant change him to night elf?
Demon hunter MUST be a night elf or blood elf as its base race. It can’t be any other race.

Yes, you can request a refund of the Race Change so you can purchase the Faction Change.
