We should be getting a big old Oxen in 2021. I hope he is bulky and cute. Like they are really bulky. What about like a type of muck ox? (For inspiration) They look super huggable. Coat makes them look pretty chunky. I need another Kodo, Clefthoof type mount in my life. I did rock a Clefthoof for a while in WoD.
Also if they manage to do this right and it is adorable. It might just scratch that Tatanka itch I been having this past year.

A rabbit mount would make perfect sense for this character. In Watership Down the rabbits were terrorized by foxes, make the size differential large enough and you get mounts instead of meals.
