What tuning? No meaningful changes were posted for PVP. This was a M+ tuning patch.

I know I havenât queued main spec in a month but I had no idea my rating decayed 600 cr thatâs crazy.
Maybe if I let it decay another 100 rating I can queue into you, Raijin.
5% damage increase across the board and 5% auto attack damage increase will save outlaw for sure.
Overall not really a huge tuning patch for PVP as far as I can tell.

Except where noted, all changes will be offest so that they do not apply to PvP.
try reading⌠90% percent of those changes are only for PvE. PvP is pretty much balanced where it needs to be right now.
