Just leave Arms the way it is. if you want to tune them properly remove an extra leap or charge. Their kit is too good at the moment, and as many of us players we’re on our last thin line of patience w/ the terrible tuning in DF all together.
Also Frost DK still sucks. Please do a rework.

at the very least it just makes sense for them to take damage out of fatility and add it to execute itself
